For this brief we were told to choose from a list of 9 quotes, the quote I chose was ''Smash the control machine'' - William S Burroughs.
I decided to focus on the Student Protests that have happened recently as it was the first thing that came into my mind when i read 'smash the control machine' meaning the government.
This is my potential final piece for this project as i feel it's the strongest out of the 6 pieces i've done. I've focused a lot on experimentation with ink, cellulose thinners, baking paper, newspaper and acrylic paint.
